Testnet V2 adds an in-app Bug Report entry so internal testers can file issues without leaving the trading UI. This page covers how to submit a report and what details make it actionable.

How to submit

1

Open the bug report form

Click Bug Report in the top navigation. A Tally (or configured) form opens in a popup.
2

Describe the issue

Fill in the form:
  • Short title
  • Steps to reproduce
  • Expected vs actual behavior
  • Wallet address (optional)
  • Screenshot (recommended)
3

Attach context

Include browser, device, and timestamps if the bug involves a specific trade or session.
4

Submit

Send the form. Duplicates may be merged with existing reports during triage.

Response expectations

Testnet feedback is triaged by the product and engineering team. Not every report receives a direct reply; duplicates may be merged.
Do not report exploit details through the public bug form. Email security contacts through official channels.
